beautiful scenery from Redang

these few pictures were taken during my trip to Pulau Redang last year on the morning we are leaving back to KL. The sunrise are amazing. I like to call this picture ' phoenix that rises in the dawn '. if you look closer,you can see the phoenix's head and both wings. Its wings are in in two colours, one in golden feathers and the other in glide through the sky creating wonderful image.

The lion king roars on stage

This is the show that anyone MUST see in their lifetime. it is the most amazing musical in the history. Bringing you into Africa. this year mark the 10th anniversary and until today, all theater and tours are still full and have to booked in advance. I still haven't got the chance to see this musical. One day, one day will come...

the artistic designs, costumes and engineered puppets is amazing. Merging the actors with the animal, creating a duality performance that is humane with animal characteristics. My favourite had to be the cheetah. It movement is amazingly real with swiftness of a cat. It inspires me to pursuit my dream as an interior designer and stage designer.

师恩 - 新人间革命

昨晚的Graphic Group PIC Meet, Keh Chong 和我们分享到 sensei 在新人间革命指导的几点。

-先生所要教导我们的是- 我们的‘ 使命’， 就在于我们如何去面对我们所遇到的事。变毒为药 ， 那么宿命 karma 就不再是宿命，而是我们奋斗的推动力。

- 我们怎样去报答师恩 - 就是成为广布的领导者，学习和研究佛法， 超越师匠，为社会贡献 - 这些sensei 都做到了。
我们每天唱题时， 我们都要感谢所有的人，事和物， 因为他们令我们成长。然后感谢给我们幸福的人最后就向美好的未来祈求。

-与到问题时不要被问题困住，我们要想向美好的未来-两年后， 三年后，当观念改变了，我们就会以很正面的态度向目标迈进，问题根本就是小问题， 然后再回想怎样达到目标， 就一步一步的前进。 因为我们本身有宇宙般力量的佛性和题目的法华经兵法。

PIRATES!!!!

Finally get to watch Pirates of the Caribbean -at worlds end... Overall the movies is exciting with twist and turn as every character is seeking their own 'treasure' . The cinematography and editing is superb with many exciting action scenes, making me want to become a pirate and swing around in a ship. The special effects are great as well where it doesn't look fake at all. One thing is that the development of story line are quite dull with not much surprises ans expected plots. Continuing from the Dead Man's Chest, so this one is more to finishing the story and wrapping up everything. A lot of funny scene with some old jokes that can still put u to laugh along. the ending of Calypso are nothing of a big surprise though and you will be waiting something great but not happening.. Everyone is the main character where Jack is not so much of the central of attraction, this time around, will and Elizabeth is the focus. My favourite scene is the final fighting scene of the black pearl and Davy Jones ship -the Flying Dutchman. Its really really exciting and you still able to see whats going on with all the chaos fighting. Great movie.. a then the soundtracks are amazing! developing with scenes and emotions in the movie. think of it, i want to buy the soundtrack.. still searching in stores but can't find it. Great movie! great movie!
Suddenly i feel the urge to dress up like pirates...


Final advice, do sit in the cinema for a little longer after the credit gone up.. there a a small scene after that.

celebrating Malaysia's 50 years of Independence

SGM has accepted an invitation by the government to perform around 2000 people Human Graphics or Backdrop at the 50th Independence Parade on 31 August. It has been a long time since SGM involve in such event, the last time is Citrawarna Malaysia 2005 and Commonwealth Games. I'm so excited, can't wait to gather all my youth comrades and challenge ourself to do our best for our country, building precious friendships in this road of kosen-rufu. With the spirit of "Many in body, one in mind" that we can give the best performance anyone had ever seen. Just like 9 years ago in the 98 Commonwealth Games.

Lion Cubs! Roar!
Lion Cubs! Advance boldly!

Through the three powerful enemies appear.
Lion cubs are bold, upon thier voyage to kosen-rufu.

Hearing the roar of the lion king,
Courageous young lions stand tall,
On their journey to kosen-rufu
we still need "to be bold" or "stand up boldly!"

new begining

Being promoted to leader (Han) mark a new beginning of my mission in kosen-rufu. Persevere and discard any doubt that i have. I have to have stronger faith in the Buddha in me. The Mystic Law of Universe that I have in me. Stop being a coward and doubt. For the life of youth cannot be wasted in doubt. We need to fight and win in life. Doing my own human revolution & manifest the Buddha in me.

This blog i wish to post all things that i find beautiful and inspiring. It is to show us wonderful of life --the people, nature, arts, words and spirit. I want to write a victorious history for myself, my mom and Sensei.

I come across this poem written by Sensei to a student div in New Human Revolution #63 today,

Be strong my friend

and courageously rouse

the spirit I know you have.

Challenging work and late night studies --

these also constitute Buddhist practice,

in which struggle is a joy.

The Buddha watches closely

your commitment and passion.

I dedicate this poem to all my friends and comrates in Soka Gakkai.
